New Transcriptions on Piano and Organ - Listen to short musical fragments
The newest CD by Olga Malkina and organist Nico Blom contains exclusively new transcriptions made by this duo.
The CD contains two transcriptions
of Liszt (“Totentanz” and “Hunnenschlacht”), a Concertino by Shostakovich, a Tango by Strawinsky
and parts of the “Pictures from an exhibition” by Mussorgsky.
The CD was recorded in the Buurkerk in Utrecht - Holland.

Concert in de Grote Kerk te Gorinchem - Listen to short musical fragments
This CD by pianist Olga Malkina and organist Nico Blom contains a varied repertoire consisting of sixteen masterpieces.
It is the first live-CD on which both
artists perform solo as well as in
quatre-mains formation.
The live recording of the concert took place in September 2002 in the Grote Kerk in Gorinchem, Holland.
